For construction company Niersman, I designed visual materials for a recruitment campaign aimed at attracting new talent. The company wanted to advertise across various locations, including their active construction sites. My tasks included creating banners, postcards for employees, and designs for digital advertisement boards, all within Niersman’s established brand style.

One key concept they requested was incorporating sandcastles to evoke the idea of imaginative building from childhood. I developed a hand-drawn-style visual of construction workers building a sandcastle on a beach, which I refined using AI generation tools in the Adobe suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

For the banners surrounding the construction sites, I created two designs: one featuring the sandcastle concept and another focused on specific job vacancies. Both designs stayed true to Niersman’s branding and were tailored to attract attention and engage potential recruits. Alongside these, I delivered the final designs for postcards and digital advertisement boards, ensuring a cohesive and impactful campaign across all platforms.
